1. What this is

Pageant Pro Network ("the Network," "we") is an association of professionals of the American pageant industry. Members receive a written editorial feature published on this site. There is no fee to be considered, invited, listed, or kept listed — not now, not later.

2. Membership, standing, and removal

Membership is an honor extended at the editors' discretion, and it remains at their discretion for as long as you are listed. We expect members to be of high standing in the pageant community, and to conduct themselves — in and out of pageantry — in a way that reflects well on the industry and on this association.

We may decline, suspend, or remove any member, honoree, feature, or nomination at any time, for any reason or for no stated reason, without notice, explanation, or recourse. Removal ends the listing and the feature; it is the withdrawal of a courtesy, not a judgment we are required to defend, and no compensation is owed for it.

Staying listed requires staying reachable. Members must respond in a timely way to correspondence from the editors — including the yearly revalidation and the occasional survey — to remain listed. This roll is a roll of working, reachable professionals; a membership that goes quiet lapses, and its feature comes down. Lapsing carries no shame and no ceremony: a lapsed member is restored by simply replying.

3. Your content, and what you permit us to do with it

Everything you tell our interviewer, and every photo, image, or video you submit, remains yours. By submitting it, you grant the Network a worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, crop, adapt, publish, and display that material in your feature, on the roll, and in the Network's own materials that present the membership. You warrant that what you tell us is true, and that you have the right to share any photo or video you send — including the photographer's permission where one exists.

Nothing publishes without your approval, and every revision is yours to approve. You may request changes to your feature, or its removal, at any time by replying to any email from the editors.

4. The writing desk

Features are composed with the assistance of an AI interviewer working under the editors' direction. Features contain only what you told us; a human reviews the work; and nothing publishes without your approval.

5. Adults only

Membership and honoree listings are for adults, eighteen and over. Titleholder entries are limited to adult divisions, entered by the director who crowned them.

6. A listing is not an endorsement

A feature recognizes a member's standing in the industry. It is not a certification, guarantee, or endorsement of any member's services, and the Network is not a party to any dealings between members, or between members and anyone who finds them here. Each member is responsible for their own conduct and their own business.

7. Your information

We collect what membership requires: your name, email address, what you tell our interviewer, media you submit, and ordinary technical logs. We use it to run the membership and correspond with you — and for nothing else. Member information is never sold or shared. Email is delivered through processors (Amazon SES, Postmark) who handle it on our behalf. This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta pixel for ordinary traffic and advertising measurement. To be removed from any list, or to have your information deleted, reply to any email from the editors or write support@bombyhead.com.

8. The site

The site and its features are provided as is, free, without warranty of any kind, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time. Member features belong to this site and their members — do not scrape, republish, or repurpose them. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Network's liability arising from the site or the membership is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.

9. Housekeeping

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We may update them by updating this page; remaining listed after a change means you accept it. Questions, corrections, concerns about a member, or anything else: reply to any email from the editors, or write support@bombyhead.com.
